Physical Therapist - PT

Westerville Post Acute and Memory Care offers in house Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies!

Our team strives to provide high-quality services to maximize our acute and long-term patient population.  Our experienced therapists work closely with patients and their caregivers to build customized rehabilitation programs tailored for pt-centered needs. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term and long-term patient. Westerville Post Acute has 2 separate PT & OT gyms, as well as a designated ST space for the delivery of excellent pt care. Our therapy team is growing and we are looking for a passionate PT to join us!

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.

- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living.

- Supervisory responsibilities for our PTA’s

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Educate patients and their families on home exercises and adaptive techniques.

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient service best practices.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
