What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you'll help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence by developing personalized rehabilitation programs focused on maximizing independence and improving quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function

  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with California State Practice Act guidelines

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

  • Recommend durable medical equipment (DME) and educate patients and families on safe mobility and home exercise programs

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

  • Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license required
