We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence in a compassionate, person-centered care environment.

Your Role:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver skilled therapy services to improve functional outcomes

• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery goals

• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy techniques and safe mobility

• Document services accurately and in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license

• Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility preferred

• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
