🏋️ What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate residents’ physical therapy needs and create customized care plans

• Lead therapeutic exercises and mobility training

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed

• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other rehab team members

• Educate residents and families on continued mobility practices

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred

• A genuine passion for helping others live life to the fullest
