Physical Therapist Outpatient Travel (2 positions available)

Island Therapy Center is an outpatient physical therapy clinic with great staff, true one-on-one focus and care for the Sanibel and Captiva community.  For improved patient and therapist satisfaction, patients are scheduled with the same therapist from evaluation to discharge, with 60 min evaluations and 40 minute follow-ups. Typically, fewer than 5 evaluations per week, intuitive documentation.  No "hand-off" to assistants or aides and no double-booking.  Additional services offered include massage therapy, personal training and Pilates.  Primarily Medicare and Self-Pay.  Proud to be therapist-owned and operated since 2009, well-respected in the community, now with two locations, 695 Tarpon Bay Rd, Sanibel and satellite office 16880 McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers.  www.islandtherapycenter.com

Housing stipend available or subsidized housing on Sanibel (5-minute drive from clinic) for single therapist or couple.

Physical Therapy services for adult mostly orthopedic caseload, primarily Self-Pay and Medicare. Evaluation and treatment of your own patients, no turnover to assistants or other therapists.  One on one scheduling only, typically no more than 5 evals per week.  Straight-forward documentation system.  Preference for therapist with at least 2 years outpatient experience.  Ideal for single travelling therapist, or two therapists traveling together.  Additional opportunities for therapist with niche skills.  Four to five-month position, beginning December or January,  Set your own hours and days (25-35 hours/week), no weekends required.

Active Florida Physical Therapy License required.  At least 2 years outpatient experience preferred.

Compensation (from employer):
48 – 58 USD (HOURLY)
