💼 What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized physical therapy services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans
• Document progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Be a source of motivation and encouragement for residents

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
