Pay: $65–$70/hr DOE | Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with resident care plans

• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes

• Document care accurately and completely

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist license

• Strong clinical skills and a passion for improving lives

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and empathy

• Previous SNF, rehab, or post-acute experience preferred (new grads welcome)
