We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Physical Therapists to join our friendly tight-knit rehabilitation team Whether you are an experienced therapist looking for your next challenge or a new graduate ready to start your journey with strong mentorship and support we would love to hear from you

What You Will Do

• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for residents recovering from surgery illness or injury

• Deliver patient-centered therapy to improve mobility strength and independence

• Collaborate closely with occupational and speech therapists nursing staff and physicians to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes using our user-friendly EMR system

• Contribute to a positive and engaging therapy experience for our residents

What We Are Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist PT in California or eligible for licensure

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to compassionate resident-first care

• SNF or geriatric experience preferred but not required

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team-oriented setting
