• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans

• Deliver hands-on therapy and guide functional movement training

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other therapists for optimal outcomes

• Educate residents and families on care techniques and at-home support

• Document progress and adjust plans as needed
