Physical Therapist

Staff Physical Therapist (PT)
Pay: $45–$75/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with the care team, and support patients in improving mobility and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral
• Develop and implement treatment plans with physician approval
• Provide therapy and monitor patient progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, and team members
• Supervise PTAs, aides, and students
• Participate in care planning, meetings, and discharge planning
• Educate patients and caregivers on ongoing care needs
• Recommend appropriate durable medical equipment

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in the Washington
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
