Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Office Assignment: One office location only
Pay: $50–$55 per hour

We are seeking a Physical Therapist in Delray Beach, FL to join an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy office. This position centers on practical, movement-based care for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgery, pain, stiffness, and reduced function.

The Physical Therapist will assess patient needs, build treatment plans, and guide each patient through the recovery process with clear goals and measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for a PT who values direct patient care in a structured outpatient setting.

Schedule Options:

• 4-day schedule with 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Complete initial physical therapy evaluations
• Create treatment plans for orthopedic and post-operative patients
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, manual therapy, and functional rehab
• Monitor outcomes and update treatment goals
• Educate patients on recovery expectations and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work with the clinic team to support consistent patient care

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience required, including clinical outpatient experience for new graduates
