Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic PT Role in Boca Raton, FL

Office Assignment: One office location only
Pay: $50–$55 per hour
Schedule: Flexible options available

We are hiring a Physical Therapist in Boca Raton, FL for an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy office. This role is for a PT who enjoys helping patients improve mobility, rebuild strength, and return to daily activities after injury, surgery, or ongoing orthopedic limitations.

You will evaluate patients, build treatment plans, and guide care from the first visit through discharge. The work is hands-on, movement-focused, and centered on helping patients make steady, practical progress.

Schedule Options:

• Four 10-hour workdays
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate outpatient orthopedic patients and identify treatment needs
• Create individualized physical therapy plans of care
• Treat patients using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehab
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe movement
• Complete evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
• Work with the clinic team to support smooth patient care

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
