Office Assignment: One office location only
Pay: $50–$55 per hour
Schedule: Flexible schedule available

We are hiring a Physical Therapist in Boca Raton, FL for an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy office. This role is a strong fit for a PT who enjoys helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, joint pain, weakness, and mobility limitations through structured, hands-on care.

In this position, you will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and guide each person through a practical recovery process. The goal is to help patients move better, build strength, improve function, and return to the daily activities that matter to them.

Schedule Options:

• Four 10-hour workdays
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations for outpatient orthopedic patients
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehab
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans when needed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe movement strategies
• Complete daily notes, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge documentation
• Work with clinical staff to support a smooth patient care experience

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
