Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Carry out individualized treatment plans to improve resident mobility and function

• Document treatments and progress accurately

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license

• CPR certification

• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (not required)

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
