Phlebotomy Trainee - Roanoke, VA Phlebotomy Services Representative Trainees are hired with the intent of developing the skills required of a Patient Services I (PSR I) by the end of the training program. The length of the training program will be established by the applicable department. Pay range: $18.00 / hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
