Phlebotomist Representative I - Hospital - Taylor, MI, Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with rotational weekends Represents the face of our company to patients within the hospital systems at Quest Diagnostics, both as part of their routine health management or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The Phlebotomist I draws quality blood samples from patients while following established practices and procedures. The Phlebotomist I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner. The Phlebotomist I will demonstrate Quest Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information.
