This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV). Phlebotomist I - San Dimas, CA, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with rotational weekends Pay range: $24.00 - $25.70 / hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
