This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV). Phlebotomist I - Olympia, WA, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with rotational weekends *Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required Pay range: $21.80 - $23.75 / hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
