This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV). Phlebotomist I - Bellevue, WA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends *Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required Pay range: $24.15 - $28.75 / hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
