Daily Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from Pharmacies, physicians and other medical professionals in support of member prior authorizations
- Assist the pharmacist with prior authorization requests
- Provide clerical support incidental to prior authorization activities
- Clear and active pharm tech license in state of AZ
- HS diploma or GED
- 1-2 years relevant experience
