Pharmacy Logistics & Customer Experience Associate

Job description

At Mednow, getting the right medication to the right patient at the right time comes down to logistics done well. We're a fast-growing mail-order pharmacy, and this role sits at the point where our operation meets the patient's door — coordinating every shipment out and being a friendly, reliable voice on the other end of the phone.

We're looking for someone organized and dependable who's as comfortable packing and dispatching a day's deliveries as they are calling a patient to follow up. It's a hands-on role with a real customer-service heart, in a modern, tech-driven pharmacy where your work is visible and valued.

What You Bring

    Must-haves

    • Organized and reliable — you keep track of moving parts and things go out on time.

    • Strong communicator — clear, warm, and confident on the phone; patients feel looked after.

    • Comfortable with the hands-on side — on your feet during your shift, handling packages and shipping supplies (items are generally small and light).

    • Detail-oriented — accuracy matters when it's someone's medication and their personal information.

    • Eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a background check (this role handles medications and patient information).

    • Nice-to-haves

      • Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment.

      • Familiarity with couriers, delivery platforms, or shipping/order tools (UberDirect, Shopify, Kroll).

      • A second language is always an asset with our patient base.

This is a front-row seat in a growing health-tech pharmacy, where the logistics you run are the reason patients get their medications on time. If you're organized, dependable, and genuinely good with people, we'd like to meet you.

PLEASE NO AI IN THE APPLICATION ANSWERS — RESPONSES WILL BE SCREENED.
