We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy In-Charge to oversee pharmacy operations within a healthcare environment, ensuring efficient medication management, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient service. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with experience in dermatology clinics, healthcare facilities, or specialty medical centers who can manage day-to-day pharmacy activities while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

As a Pharmacy In-Charge, you will be responsible for inventory management, prescription dispensing, regulatory compliance, and coordinating with doctors and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care. You will play a key role in maintaining pharmacy records, managing stock levels, and ensuring adherence to pharmacy regulations while delivering a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing orders, and preventing shortages or expiries.
  • Operate and manage pharmacy software, including inventory and billing systems such as Marg ERP.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, licensing requirements, and healthcare standards.
  • Coordinate with doctors, clinical staff, and patients regarding prescriptions and medication usage.
  • Maintain accurate records of medicines, purchases, sales, and inventory transactions.
  • Verify medication quality, storage conditions, and expiry management to ensure patient safety.
  • Handle patient queries professionally by providing appropriate guidance on prescribed medications.
  • Support audits, documentation, and continuous process improvements within the pharmacy.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years of experience managing pharmacy operations in a healthcare, dermatology, or specialty clinic environment.
  • Valid Uttar Pradesh Pharmacist Registration License (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with Marg ERP or similar pharmacy management software.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, inventory control, and medication dispensing practices.
  • Experience working in healthcare, dermatology, skin, hair, or wellness clinics is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and operational processes efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment while collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals.
