Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our outpatient pharmacy team, with primary coverage in the La Crosse area. As part of a highly respected, patient-centered health system, you’ll bring your clinical expertise to a collaborative team that values your voice, supports your growth, and is grounded in LOVE + MEDICINE.

In this role, you’ll dispense prescription medications accurately, provide patient counseling, review and interpret prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness, maintain accurate patient records including medication histories and interactions, collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient wellness and disease prevention, and provide guidance on over-the-counter medications and health-related products. This role offers variety in practice, strong clinical resources, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the communities we serve.

What you’ll do:

  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

  • Flexible day and evening shifts

  • Every 3rd-4th weekend, occasional holidays

  • Deliver LOVE + MEDICINE pharmaceutical care, primarily at our La Crosse area pharmacies with occasional coverage in Tomah and Prairie du Chien

What you’ll need:

  • PharmD or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of pharmacy

  • Immunization certification (ex. APhA, PSW)

  • Pharmacist license to practice in the state of Wisconsin

  • Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
