Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full-time Hospital Pharmacist to join our team and provide LOVE + MEDICINE through in-patient pharmaceutical care at our La Crosse Hospital. This role offers a unique blend of decentralized, team-based clinical care and central operations oversight, giving you the opportunity to support patient care across multiple settings while working alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team. What You’ll Do:

• Work 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week

• Work primarily day shifts, between 6:00 am to 4:00 pm

• Rotate every third week to evening shifts between 12:00 pm and 11:00 pm

• Rotate every third weekend and holiday

What You’ll Get:

• $125,486.40-$188,200/year (salary based on years of experience)

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy

• 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience

• Wisconsin pharmacist license

• Practice experience and interest in emergency services, critical care, and adult general medicine preferred
