Drug Utilization Review Pharmacist

• Pharmacists will be reviewing and evaluating if prescribed medication for a client is effective and appropriate.

• Evaluating and determining if specific changes to clinical criteria will allow for streamlined processing

• Utilizing drug knowledge and information to create and modify clinical criteria

• Responsible for creating/modifying criteria and branching logic utilized in making clinical determination of appropriateness

• Must have clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of MN

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Pharmacist

• Knowledge or understanding of clinical drug criteria or drug policies

• Detailed oriented

 Hours for this Position:

M-F, 8:30- 5:30pm

Pay Rate: 

$50.00- 55.00 (negotiated based on relevant experience)
