How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Pessoa Estagiária em Frota e Facilities

• Suporte ao RH e Abertura de RC/Pedido: Apoio ao RH na abertura de Requisições de Compra (RC) / Pedidos e gestão do lançamento de pagamentos.

• Acompanhamento Prado Chaves: Acompanhamento do contrato e suporte direto às suas atividades.

• Facilities: Vistoria diária (ronda) no One Center para identificação, acompanhamento e atuação conjunta na solução de pendências operacionais.

• Manutenção Predial: Acompanhar os fornecedores (ar-condicionado, iluminação, hidráulica, pintura) e abrir as ATs.

• Frota: Acompanhamento e zelo pela documentação dos veículos e condutores (vencimento CNH) e suporte na gestão de descontos por utilização da frota.

• Sodexo: Acompanhamento e suporte nos pedidos de lanches via Sodexo para o One Center.

• Material: Solicitação e acompanhamento de pedidos de insumos para escritório e serviços gerais (limpeza/manutenção).

• Multas: Acompanhamento de multas junto ao Power BI.
