As a Personal Banker (Bancassurance), you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales of bancassurance products. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised financial advice and tailored solutions to customers

• Identify customer needs proactively and cross-sell suitable bancassurance products

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

• Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge

• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated financial solutions

• Contribute to the overall growth and performance of RHB Banking Group in the region

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within banking or financial services

• Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently and in a team

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
