Role: Perl/Python Developer

Location: Montreal, Canada

Duration: 6+ Months / Fulltime

BGV will be done for the selected candidates.

Job description:

· This team is responsible for the archiving of all electronic communications in the firm, in order to meet and exceed the legal and regulatory requirements

· We are a risk adverse team, specializing in careful and well tested deployments of our products and processes in order to adhere to the highest production standards.

· The chosen candidate will enjoy working with a diverse set of clients such as Technology & Information Risk, Legal and Compliance, as well as application developers, while working closely with senior members on the team.

· They will gain an understanding of applications and data sources and how to carefully archive their communications with high quality and precision.

· The candidate must have solid Unix/Linux experience, Perl/Python, and DB2, as well as SDLC experience.

· Knowledge of email standards and mail servers, including email archiving, is desired but not required.
