5 - 7+ Years experience 
Performance and Non-functional requirements Gathering, Creating Performance Test Strategy and Load Models. Experienced in systems analysis and design for performance and stability. 
​​Performance Engineering Skills and Tools 
​​Load Simulation - LoadRunner, Jmeter, Microsoft VSTS ​​Browser Profiling – Yslow, httpWatch ​​Transaction Trace – dynaTrace, AppDynamics, Introscope ​​DB Analysis – SQL, AWR, OEM ​​Log Analysis – Splunk ​​Capacity Planning – DNT, Splunk Nix 
​​Other Skills – strong written and verbal. Ability to work with and support and business partners. Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders about technical issues and risk. Able to prioritize work and escalations based on risk.
