MISSION :

• Develop and share scientific and technical knowledge by implementing competencies coming from inside and outside of the company.
• Provide to GST for exploitation relevant test methods enabling expected productivity gains. Assure in the long term that these methods are relevant and robust. 
• Provide to design and development teams simulation methods enabling speed and efficiency gains. Guarantee in the long term that these methods are relevant and robust.
• Provide to design and development teams expertise in a known domain enabling success of market, balise, concept projects. 
• Maintain and improve existing methods.
• Train others or give expertise outside of the company on a limited domain.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Build test and simulation methods, define performance criteria in a known domain
• Adapt and maintain test and simulation methods
• Solve technical issues by using existing methods
• Transmit and share knowledge (reports, trainings)

KEY REQUIRED COMPETENCIES::

• 2 to 3 years' working experience on NVH.
