Performance Marketing Manager

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid Search campaigns and strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Develops account strategy in partnership with client and is accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs.

• Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget.

• Owns and manages the client strategy and plans key campaign efficiencies.

• Manages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day voice to the client.

• Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with leader.

• Builds strong relationships across Client and media team.

• Strong time management skills and team management experience are required.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel data processing, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

• Proficient in WeChat Search and traditional search engine optimization methodologies.

• Client services must be ROI-driven, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing the post-click conversion funnel of clients' websites.

• Candidates with luxury industry service experience are preferred.
