Job description

Role: Performance Manager

Salary: £26,000 p/a plus expenses

Company/Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic Training organisation based in Manchester City Centre as a Performance Manager. This role is field based covering the North of England and the Midlands with attendance required at their Manchester City Centre Head office also.

As the Performance Manager, you will have proven experience of managing a team within a target driven educational / training / work-based learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of assessors, including all duties of the management of staff such as appraisals, mentoring and performance management.
  • To oversee and carry out quality assurance procedures and coordinate visits
  • To carry out audits of assessor feedback ensuring high quality of teaching and learning
  • To implement and coordinate standardisation meetings and staff training events
  • To work in partnership with the quality team to ensure OFSTED standards are met
  • To work in partnership with the Support Manager and Lead Coordination Manager to ensure monthly targets are achieved
  • To liaise with awarding bodies and key stakeholders where necessary
  • To maintain concise monitoring and performance management reports
  • To provide up to date performance reports to Head of Provision
