Description:

• Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives.
• Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
• Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors.
• Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing.
• Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts.
• Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.
• 10+ years application development and implementation experience.

Additional details:

• Client looking for the best and brightest developers for these important roles, and we need extensive PeopleSoft experience as a developer with solid experience in Core HR and Manager Self-Service.
• HCM experience in the fluid environment of version 9.2 as well as experience with Gideon Taylor eForms is a huge plus.
• Important technical notes: Our PeopleSoft architecture is mainframe DB2, so any considered candidate must a have a background in that area.
o We are looking for candidates who have experience in the following areas:
o PeopleSoft 9.2 Approval Framework or AWE (Approval workflow engine)
o PeopleSoft 9.2 Manager Self Service apps, Manager Dashboard, Talent Summary, Self Service transactions
o Object Oriented coding and PeopleCode App Packages
o PeopleSoft 9.2 Smart HR transactions
o Integration Broker and messaging in PeopleSoft
o Application Engine programs
o PeopleTools 8.53.
