The People Planning Operations (PPO) team supports and drives execution of the workforce management strategies and operations for Apple Retail stores globally. Our team collaborates with partners across Apple to execute Retail programs, enabling teams and customers to receive a world class experience.

Description

We are looking for a Process Analyst to partner with retail leadership teams across multiple locations to plan a scheduling strategy that positively impacts our employees and customers.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of related experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Flexibility in your work schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs and may include evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to perform multiple activities simultaneously.

Ability to identify scheduling trends and make adjustments accordingly.

Skilled ability to influence others without a direct reporting relationship.

Proven track record in prioritizing, planning, and executing strategies.

Agile, comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, time critical environment, while coordinating multiple in-flight projects.

Self-motivated, driven individual comfortable in a dynamic environment.

Technical expertise in resource planning systems, platforms, and workforce optimization or a related area experience preferred.

Prior Apple Retail experience or knowledge of the Apple Retail organization preferred.
