We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR People Partner to join our ASEANZ People  Function supporting Bayer Philippines.

This role is a critical strategic HR leadership position responsible for partnering with leaders across multiple business entities, shaping people strategies, driving organizational transformation, and delivering impactful people solutions that enable business success. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Bayer's Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) transformation agenda while operating within Bayer's collaborative and agile People Partner model.

The ideal candidate will bring strong people partnering experience, deep Employee and Labor Relations expertise, experience working in unionized environments, and a proven track record supporting multinational organizations operating within Global Business Services (GBS) or matrix environments.

As a People Partner, you will:

• • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders and leadership teams across Bayer Philippines.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver business-focused people solutions and organizational outcomes.
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations and labor relations matters.
  • Provide expert guidance on Philippine labor legislation, workforce governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Support union engagement and industrial relations activities.
  • Drive organizational transformation, change management, restructuring, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Lead talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning activities.
  • Utilize people insights and workforce data to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate across the broader HR ecosystem to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders and employees while fostering an engaged and high-performing culture.
  • Support Bayer's Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) transformation and future ways of working.

Does this sound like you?

• • Significant HR Business Partnering experience within multinational organizations.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and leadership teams.
  •  Experience supporting a Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, Regional Hub, Business Services, or matrix organization environment.
  • Strong employee relations experience, including management of complex workforce matters.
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment legislation, and workforce governance.
  • Experience working within unionized environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation and change initiatives.
  • Prior experience building organisational capability and leading talent management programs .
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex and evolving environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in English and Filipino.
