People & Culture Senior Specialist

Designs, implements and monitors human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity and diversity, etc. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends. As a generalist, performs work relating to multiple HR disciplines. Managers will have combined responsibilities over the different HR areas/job families.
