  • Support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
  •  Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation, including employment contracts, addendums, certificates, references, and other HR documents.
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers across Bulgaria and Germany, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, retention, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Conduct employee meetings and support managers in addressing employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
  • Coordinate leave and absence management processes, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies.
  • Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, development discussions, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with managers on workforce planning, organizational changes, promotions, transfers, and restructuring activities.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within Workday and other HR systems.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives focused on process improvement, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and global HR teams to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  • Support implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across Bulgaria and Germany
  • Solid understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
  • Good knowledge of Bulgarian and German labor legislation.
  • Knowledge of German employment practices is considered an advantage.
  • Experience supporting employee relations and performance management processes.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and managers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced international
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, People Partner, or similar HR roles.
  • Experience supporting employees throughout the full employee lifecycle.
  • Experience working directly with managers and providing HR guidance.
  • Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently.
  • Experience working with HR systems and employee databases.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  •  Additional HR certifications are considered an asset.
  • Workday experience is considered a strong advantage.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • German language is required.
  • Russian language is considered an advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and employee databases.
  • Workday experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work with HR reports, data checks, and basic HR analytics.
