Compensation Note: Please note: While standard job postings display a broad organizational range, actual target compensation is tailored by specialty. For Pediatric specialties, this range reflects a realistic, achievable earnings model based on clinical productivity.

The range ($240,688 – $325,000) represents the overall potential earning structure for this role based on productivity.

  • Target Base Salary: $240,688

  • Productivity Potential: Total annual compensation can reach up to $325,000 through wRVU incentive earnings.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Evaluate, diagnose, treat, provide consultation and care to pediatric patients presenting with general medical problems and chronic medical conditions.

EDUCATION

Graduate of an accredited medical school.  Maintains appropriate Continuing Medical Education credits per Washington State and OMC Medical Staff requirements.

EXPERIENCE

Two or more years of pediatric medicine experience preferred.

LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS

  • Board certified by the applicable ABMS Board or active participant in the examination process leading to certification in Pediatrics and area of sub-specialty (if any). Recertifies at appropriate intervals per specialty board requirements.
  • Maintains an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington.
  • Maintains current DEA registration.
  • Maintains appropriate privileges and membership on the OMC Medical Staff, which necessitates staying current on required certifications, including but not limited to Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
