Position Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat pediatric endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth disorders, adrenal disorders, and metabolic conditions
- Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents with endocrine and metabolic diseases
- Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor ongoing care
- Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families about disease management, treatment plans, and preventative care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to healthcare regulations and best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education

Requirements
General Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Residency
- Completion of a Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship
- Eligible for or able to obtain a Florida Medical License
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
