Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Ensure the correct administration of the plant’s payroll system and guarantee timely payment, as well as compliance with the legal requirements that are the company’s responsibility toward employees.
Specific responsibilities:
Follow-up on payroll system calendar
Employee support and attention
Administration of time clock system
Validation of incidents vs. attendance records
Data entry into Global View (new hires, terminations, absences, overtime, vacations, leaves, disabilities, salary changes, Infonavit credits, deductions)
Vacation control
Delivery of reports (overtime, headcount, personnel costs, accumulated settlements and payroll)
Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the Code of Ethics and Administration regulating conduct within Faurecia
Perform and ensure mandatory weekly ICB audits
Submission of incidents and approval of pre-payroll
Request, review, and follow-up of settlements
Submission of new hires and terminations to IMSS
Monitoring of payroll-related expenses
Issuance and control of payroll receipts
Bank card and food voucher procedures
Weekly absenteeism report
Weekly report of active employees and summary of hours worked
Participation in recognition and engagement events
Submission of documentation to headquarters (disabilities, Infonavit retention and suspension notices, FONACOT)
Request for payment of savings fund and employee savings account upon termination
Strategic participation in plant Organizational Development
Support in creating user profiles in PASS (Payroll)
Payroll induction for new hires and/or specific payroll training for Forvia staff
Review of Profit Sharing (PTU) calculation
Review of Christmas bonus calculation
Review of attendance bonus, productivity bonus, and other applicable bonuses for MOD and MOI staff
Support in various HR events
Participation in HR meetings
Ensure proper functioning of attendance control application (FACE ID)
Active participation in updating data in the cafeteria control system
