Reporting to the Regional Payroll Manager, the Regional Payroll Partner is responsible for supporting the delivery of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across the region, while contributing to the evolution of the Global Payroll function. This role is a key member of the wider HR team, which is committed to building a workplace that fuels growth, for the business and each one of us. This position is part of the HR Shared Services located in Czech Republic and will be remote 

 

In this role, a typical day will look like: 

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay groups and legal entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Own key components of the payroll lifecycle within local payroll systems, including data validation, reconciliations, issue resolution, and final outputs.
  • Administer pay components such as commissions, bonuses, equity transactions, severance, and retroactive adjustments in compliance with local regulations.
  • Monitor payroll timelines and proactively escalate risks when inputs are incomplete or delayed.
  • Maintain SOX-compliant, audit-ready documentation and support audit and reporting requests.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and support stakeholders with accurate and timely data
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization and automation efforts.
  • Operate effectively in an evolving environment while maintaining strong control discipline.

 

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
  •  Must be fluent in English and any other key regional languages considered a plus (preference for German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Turkish as these are larger country presence languages)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regional payroll regulations, with payroll certification, where applicable, considered a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
