Job description

This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the Payroll team in daily operations and administrative tasks related to payroll processes for the German market.
  • Handle and respond to employee queries via the HR ticketing system (AskHR) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with processing and maintaining payroll-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support data collection and validation related to sick leave and absence management required for payroll processing.
  • Assist in processing Travel & Expense (T&E) data in line with company policies.
  • Cooperate closely with Payroll team members to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
  • Maintain documentation and support data tracking in line with payroll procedures and compliance standards.
  • Communicate regularly with German-speaking employees and stakeholders, using both German and English in your daily work.

Our requirements:

  • German and English language skills at minimum B2 level.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR and Payroll field.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in Payroll, HR, Administration or Customer Support roles.
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with Payroll or HRIS systems.
