Payroll Associate | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review and verify employee timesheets, attendance, overtime, and leave records.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Process new hires, employee status changes, and direct deposits in the payroll system.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers

Requirements

• At least 6 months of Payroll experience
• Accounts Payable experience is an advantage
• BPO experience is a PLUS
• Proficient in using MS Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
