Payroll Assistant (Temp - 6 Months)

Job Responsibilities

• Performing general administrative duties such as filing, scanning and sorting of payroll / cessation documents

• Assist in Government paid leave claim submissions

• Assist in NS leave submissions

• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• ‘O’ level, NITEC in office skill

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

• Applicants without relevant work experience may be considered

Other Prerequisites

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills

• Proficiency in MS office applications especially Microsoft Excel

• Always ready to accept change with positive attitude

• Meticulous and attention to detail
