Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll activities, including collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting;
- Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy;
- Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits processes in line with new policies or regulatory changes;
- Prepare payroll reports and analysis, supporting finance in audits (internal/external);
- Oversee payroll vendors, ensuring strict adherence to contracts and SLAs;
- Liaise with authorities (e.g., social security, tax) to ensure compliance;
- Collaborate with HR business partners and HR operations to improve employee experience.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Masters in Accounting/Finance or Data Management, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance in areas such as mathematical equations or financial modeling;
- Excel and project management capabilities;
- Proven ability to perform high-quality academic projects;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in payroll tools and processing;
- Proficiency in payroll tools.
