Payment Support Specialist

We are on the lookout for a Payment Support Specialist to join our Finance Department.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the operation of payment systems.

• Support for an information dashboard about payment methods for each geolocation (deposits, withdrawals).
• Enable/disable geo methods in case of problems.
• Processing of outstanding payments by interacting with payment systems.
• Analysis of logs.
• Compilation of statistics on the patency of methods.

Requirements

• Higher education is required (preferably financial/economic).
• Understanding of the work of payment systems.
• Communication skills.
• English from A2 level.
