Responsibilities:

• Process and record raw material (RM) invoices accurately and timely within the SAP system.
• Manage and reconcile RM consignment inventory processes and corresponding financial entries.
• Handle overseas vendor invoices, ensuring accurate booking, compliance, and timely international payments.
• Verify and process invoices for packaging, chemical supplies, and other operational expenses.
• Manage RM input duty and VAT bookings, ensuring prompt and accurate payment execution.
• Perform routine input VAT verification and reconciliations between physical documents and the SAP system.
• Oversee fixed asset management, including tracking, depreciation verification, and lifecycle documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities and complete ad-hoc financial tasks or temporary assignments as directed by the finance manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, with strong proficiency in SAP.
• Solid understanding of local financial laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
• Must hold a valid professional Accounting Certificate (e.g., Accountant Qualification Certificate).
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal (CET-4 or equivalent required).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a patient, problem-solving mindset.
