🛠 What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct supervision of assigned residents and ensure a safe, comfortable environment

• Sit in the resident’s room with an unobstructed view to ensure safety

• Assist residents with activities of choice such as nail care, hair care, or aromatherapy

• Accompany residents to smoke breaks, therapy, or clinical tests/procedures

• Support CNAs with resident ADLs (activities of daily living) when requested

• Orient residents and families to the facility and help track personal belongings

• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and care details

• Observe, report, and communicate with nurses and care staff as needed
