Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Representative to join our team at Ovation Fertility in Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with every third weekend and 2 to 3 holidays per year

In this role, the Patient Services Representative will:
- Welcome patients and visitors to the office
- Answer and assist all incoming telephone calls
- Schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system and conducting follow-up calls when necessary
- Provide timely and accurate information and quality customer service to incoming patient inquiries
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:
- High school diploma; Associates degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital or medical office setting
- Phone call experience in an office or medical office setting
- Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing
- Women's health, OB/GYN, or Fertility experience preferred
- Knowledge of office procedures and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment
