Summary:
The Patient Navigator is responsible for delivery patient care delivery and management. Coordinates patient lab draws and other diagnostic testing such as EKG, spirometry, etc. for the assigned offices and providers. Identifies current provider, office and patient needs, prioritizes and responds accordingly. Focuses on throughout and efficiency deploying clinical staff and themselves needed. Ability to effectively evaluate and manage clinical caregivers. Maintains positive and effective relationships with employees, providers, hospital departments, and the public. Assist Medical Assistants as necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years previous primary care Medical Assistant experience required. Must maintain current CPR and BCL certifications. Phlebotomy license or experience preferred.

Days - 12 Hours, DaysMondays-7:45-6:00PM
Tuesdays-7:45-4:00PM
Wednesdays 7:45-4:00PM
Thursday 7:45-4:00PM
